Criccieth History Trail

When you've had enough of beaches and mountains (can you ever have enough?), why not head into Criccieth and pick up a Town Map? The map as a lockdown 1 project for a few local residents. Inspired by the local history and beauty that surrounds us, they created a map which takes you on a circular walk around Criccieth pointing out local landmarks. You can pick up the map in most High Street shops, cafes or Bed and Breakfasts. (we have some at the house here!)

There are lots of seaview cafes to stop along your route for lunch or a coffee. its well worth a few hours of your holiday and then finish the day with a trip to Criccieth Castle (built in 1230) and a cocktail at Dylans on the seafront.
